Expert Callers (All Egyptians)

Position Type: Full-Time / Remote
Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Salary: $300 per month plus commission

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned, high-performance Expert Caller to act as the primary bridge between our marketing efforts and our sales team. The expert caller will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential B2B/B2C leads, qualifying them based on specific criteria, and scheduling high-quality appointments for our sales executives. In addition to calling, this role requires strong administrative skills to manage CRM data, follow-ups, and pipeline reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling: Execute high-volume outbound calls (cold and warm) to identify and engage prospective clients.
  • Appointment Setting: Coordinate, schedule, and confirm sales appointments/meetings for Account Executives, ensuring accurate time zone management and calendar updates.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients against company criteria (e.g., BANT - Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to ensure high-quality leads enter the pipeline.
  • CRM & Administrative Duties: Meticulously log all calls, emails, and interaction notes in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Perform administrative tasks like updating database records and managing follow-up sequences.
  • Objection Handling: Utilize advanced persuasion techniques to overcome objections, respond to inquiries, and turn rejections into opportunities.
  • Script Personalization: Adapt provided scripts to engage different personalities naturally without sounding robotic.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a professional and friendly phone demeanor.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and VoIP phone systems.
  • Persistence & Resilience: A thick-skinned, results-driven mindset that thrives under pressure and handles rejection gracefully.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage, follow up, and track a high volume of leads.
  • Research Abilities: Ability to perform quick research on prospects using LinkedIn or search engines to personalize outreach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales or high-ticket service industries.
  • Experience using sales automation tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Salesloft).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: E£15,000.00 per month
