Education Mandatory: H Sc. & Graduate in any discipline Desirable: Travel / Hospitality Industry Experience  Min 1 year prior work experience in a Domestic or International process Inbound  Should have prior experience of taking calls  Excellent call management skills  Handle irate customers Outbound  Should ensure that the daily targets assigned are completed on time  Excellent real writing/verbal skills  Ensure adherence to daily activities assigned Sales  Should have prior experience of working in a Sales process  Should be keen on meeting daily targets  Should be self-motivated Language  Arabic Soft Skills:  Excellent communication skills to handle interactions  Be Fluent in speech  Create a WOW exp. for the customer (c-Sat)  Good typing speed  Meet deliver expectations as per defined KRA’s
