Hzaya, a creative Emirati publishing house specializing in personalized children&rsquo;s books, is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team remotely.The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, and experienced in building relationships with schools, bookstores, and organizations across the UAE.Responsibilities<ul><li>Promote and sell Hzaya&rsquo;s personalized children&rsquo;s books and related products.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with schools, bookstores, and public/private entities.</li><li>Identify new sales opportunities and expand our customer network.</li><li>Attend events and exhibitions when required to represent the brand.</li><li>Provide brief weekly reports on sales progress and leads.</li><li>Follow up with clients from initial contact until the sale is completed.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of sales experience (education, publishing, or retail preferred).</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Target-driven and able to work independently.</li><li>Organized, reliable, and strong in follow-up.</li><li>Positive, social personality; comfortable interacting with parents and children.</li></ul>CompensationThis position offers performance-based compensation, with earnings tied to achieved sales and a clear commission structure. We are seeking a qualified Full-Stack Developer to lead the development of the website and its integrated system, including customization features, payment processing, and scalable backend architecture.This role is structured as a long-term partnership with a clear revenue-share model, offering the developer the opportunity to become a core technical contributor to a growing creative brand with regional and international presence.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop the full platform including website, backend system, and user interfaces.</li><li>Design scalable architecture and ensure strong performance and security.</li><li>Implement payment gateway integrations and automated order workflows.</li><li>Translate project requirements into functional digital features.</li><li>Provide ongoing technical support and improvements post-launch.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in Full-Stack development using modern frameworks (such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Laravel, or Django).</li><li>Strong understanding of database design and API development.</li><li>Experience with e-commerce and payment integrations.</li><li>Ability to work independently and deliver within set timelines.</li><li>UI/UX awareness and ability to collaborate on user flows.</li></ul>Why Hzaya Hzaya is an emerging Emirati publishing brand with active participation in major cultural events and collaborations across the UAE.
