Sales Representative (Remote) | Hzaya Personalized Books

Hzaya, a creative Emirati publishing house specializing in personalized children’s books, is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team remotely.

The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, and experienced in building relationships with schools, bookstores, and organizations across the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Hzaya’s personalized children’s books and related products.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, bookstores, and public/private entities.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand our customer network.
• Attend events and exhibitions when required to represent the brand.
• Provide brief weekly reports on sales progress and leads.
• Follow up with clients from initial contact until the sale is completed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (education, publishing, or retail preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven and able to work independently.
• Organized, reliable, and strong in follow-up.
• Positive, social personality; comfortable interacting with parents and children.

Compensation

This position offers performance-based compensation, with earnings tied to achieved sales and a clear commission structure.
Additional incentives may be provided for meeting specific targets.
