Job Overview The Assistant to the General Manager will serve as a key liaison between management, operations, sales, customer service, and warehouse teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.Duties<ul><li>Support the General Manager with daily operational and administrative activities.</li><li>Coordinate communication and follow-up between departments and warehouse locations.</li><li>Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and business presentations.</li><li>Track customer issues, escalations, and project progress to ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Assist with contract management, vendor communications, and customer onboarding.</li><li>Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.</li><li>Monitor project timelines and follow up on assigned tasks.</li><li>Support budgeting, expense tracking, and business analysis projects.</li><li>Assist with process improvement initiatives and SOP documentation.</li><li>Handle confidential business information with professionalism and discretion.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li>2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, executive assistance, logistics, or supply chain management.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Experience in logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, or transportation is highly preferred.</li><li>Bilingual English and Chinese is a must.</li><li>Experience with WMS, TMS, CRM, or ERP systems.</li><li>Data analysis and reporting capabilities.</li><li>Customer-facing communication experience.</li></ul>Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
