We are seeking an <b>HR Recruiting Intern</b> to join our growing team in support of our corporate office.</p><p>

</b></h4><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating job descriptions as needed.</li><li>
Post job openings on the company's career site and external job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.).</li><li>
Maintain and update job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and external job boards to ensure accuracy and that all postings remain up to date.</li><li>
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on role requirements.</li><li>
Schedule pre-screen interviews, formal interviews, and onboarding orientations.</li><li>
Conduct initial pre-screen by video and/or voice calls to assess candidate qualifications for specific roles.</li><li>
Provide feedback and recommendations on candidates to the HR Manager and hiring managers.</li><li>
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely updates and a positive candidate experience.</li><li>
Update candidate statuses in the ATS and generate pipeline reports as needed.</li><li>
Support the HR team and management with general administrative tasks as required.</li><li>
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.</li><li>
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.</li><li>
Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.</li><li>
Special projects as needed.</li></ul><p>
</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Skills</b></h2><ul><li>
Strong communication skills with the ability to speak professionally and confidently with candidates via Microsoft Teams and phone.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>
Ability to learn and use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.</li><li>
Professional demeanor and comfort interacting with candidates in a business setting.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks and take direction in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.<br>
</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Experience &amp; Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of business-related experience (customer service, administrative, HR, recruiting, or similar experience preferred).</li><li>
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, client-focused</li><li>
Experience using Microsoft applications<br>
</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Education</b></h2><p>
Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field; and 3 years of business-related experience, or 1 year of HR and Recruiting experience.</p><p>

McLean, VA (Hybrid) 2-3 days in office</li><li>
