Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role requires proficiency in various welding techniques and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.Duties<ul><li>Fabricate metal components (We run mig and spray arc)</li><li>Operate power tools and machinery, including press brake machines, to shape and assemble metal parts.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and requirements.</li><li>Build structures or components from raw materials based on engineering designs.</li><li>Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to specifications.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in welding (We run mig and spray arc)</li><li>Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes.</li><li>Ability to operate rigging equipment safely and effectively.</li><li>Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.</li><li>Experience with machining processes is a plus.</li><li>Proficient in the use of power tools related to fabrication tasks.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li></ul>Join us in creating high-quality products while advancing your skills in a supportive environment!Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hourShift:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you read a tape measure?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
