Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role requires proficiency in various welding techniques and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
Duties
- Fabricate metal components (We run mig and spray arc)
- Operate power tools and machinery, including press brake machines, to shape and assemble metal parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Build structures or components from raw materials based on engineering designs.
- Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in welding (We run mig and spray arc)
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Ability to operate rigging equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
- Experience with machining processes is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of power tools related to fabrication tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
