Fabricator/Welder

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role requires proficiency in various welding techniques and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.

Duties

• Fabricate metal components (We run mig and spray arc)
• Operate power tools and machinery, including press brake machines, to shape and assemble metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and requirements.
• Build structures or components from raw materials based on engineering designs.
• Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in welding (We run mig and spray arc)
• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Ability to operate rigging equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
• Experience with machining processes is a plus.
• Proficient in the use of power tools related to fabrication tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
