Fabricator/Welder

Overview
We are seeking a Fabricator/Welder to join our sign creation team. The ideal candidate will have a background in fabrication and welding (aluminum experience is a plus). The Fabricator/Welder will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and functionality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Utilize Alum Mig welding techniques to fabricate signage and its components.
• Operate power tools and equipment such as shear, bandsaw, cnc bender.
• Bend and fabricate aluminum components by hand or with CNC to project requirements, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks associated with welding and fabrication tasks.

Qualifications

• General experience with welding and fabrication.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools safely.
• Ability to read and interpret sketches and technical documentation effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing quality work.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Openness to being taught unfamiliar skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
