All positions are paid, including internships, ensuring you&rsquo;re rewarded for your dedication and skills.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments including esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, and body waxing with precision and care.</li><li>Conduct skin analysis and provide personalized treatment plans tailored to each client&rsquo;s unique needs.</li><li>Deliver professional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massages to enhance overall client experience.</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales to promote ongoing skin health and product use.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff.</li><li>Assist with retail product recommendations and sales to support clients&rsquo; ongoing skincare journeys.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in esthetic laser treatment, dermabrasion, or related advanced skincare techniques.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients confidently.</li><li>Knowledge of body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and skincare advice.</li><li>Ability to maintain sanitation standards rigorously in all treatments and areas of practice.</li><li>Experience with retail sales or product demos to educate clients about skincare solutions.</li><li>Cosmetology license or relevant certification required; additional certifications in dermabrasion or laser treatments are a plus.
