Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments including esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, and body waxing with precision and care.
• Conduct skin analysis and provide personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Deliver professional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massages to enhance overall client experience.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales to promote ongoing skin health and product use.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff.
• Assist with retail product recommendations and sales to support clients’ ongoing skincare journeys.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatment, dermabrasion, or related advanced skincare techniques.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients confidently.
• Knowledge of body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and skincare advice.
• Ability to maintain sanitation standards rigorously in all treatments and areas of practice.
• Experience with retail sales or product demos to educate clients about skincare solutions.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
