</p><p>We are looking for a motivated early-to-mid career IT Support Specialist to join our growing technology team. This is the first support-level hire in our department, and you will work closely with the Chief Technology Officer to keep day-to-day technology operations running smoothly across five active concert venues and our administrative offices.</p><p>

</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h1><p>
</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Help Desk &amp; End-User Support</b></h2><ul><li>
Serve as the first point of contact for technology-related requests from venue and office staff.</li><li>
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>
Escalate complex issues with clear documentation and context when required.</li><li>
Maintain a friendly, patient, and solutions-oriented approach with non-technical colleagues.</li></ul><p>
</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Device Preparation &amp; Asset Management</b></h2><ul><li>
Image, configure, and deploy new computers and mobile devices according to established standards.</li><li>
Enroll and manage Apple devices via our Device Management Service (SimpleMDM)</li><li>
Maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware and software assets across all locations using Snipe-IT.</li><li>
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and decommissioning of end-of-life equipment.</li></ul><p>
</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Network Monitoring &amp; Maintenance</b></h2><ul><li>
Monitor wired and wireless network health across venue and office locations.</li><li>
Identify and respond to network alerts, outages, or degraded performance.</li><li>
Assist with troubleshooting switches, access points, firewalls, and other network equipment.</li><li>
Document network configurations, changes, and incident resolutions.</li></ul><p>
</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Venue &amp; Event Support</b></h2><ul><li>
Provide on-site technology support at concert venues before, during, and after events as needed.</li><li>
Coordinate with production and operations staff to ensure all event-critical systems are operational.</li><li>
Respond to urgent technology issues with a &ldquo;the show must go on&rdquo; mindset.</li></ul><p>
</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h1><p>
</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required</b></h2><ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration role.</li><li>
Strong proficiency with Apple macOS and iOS devices, including configuration and troubleshooting.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments.</li><li>
Solid understanding of IP networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Wi-Fi).</li><li>
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Willingness and ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours as required by event schedules.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation for travel between venue locations.</li></ul><p>
</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred / Nice to Have</b></h2><ul><li>
Experience with Watchguard firewalls and security appliances.</li><li>
Familiarity with Ubiquiti networking products (UniFi switches, access points, etc.).</li><li>
Experience with Ruckus wireless networking solutions.</li><li>
Knowledge of Netgear switches and network hardware.</li><li>
Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) or Apple School Manager (ASM).</li><li>
Familiarity with MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Mosyle, SimpleMDM).</li><li>
Prior experience working in a live events, entertainment, or hospitality environment.</li><li>
Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent certification.</li></ul><p>

</p><p>This role operates across multiple concert venues and office locations. While a standard weekday schedule serves as the baseline, the live events industry demands flexibility. You should expect:</p><p>
</p><ul><li>Irregular hours tied to event dates and production schedules.</li><li>
Evening and weekend work when shows that require support are on the calendar.</li><li>
Occasional on-call availability for critical system issues.</li><li>
Travel between venues can occur within the same day..</li><li>
