The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in electrical systems, leadership qualities to guide a team, and a solid understanding of safety and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical &amp; Operational<ul><li>Manage plant operations and maintenance of electrical systems and utilities.</li><li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of electrical equipment, PLCs, MTTR, MTBF, and Uptime.</li><li>Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues and malfunctions.</li><li>Maintain records of completed work, inventory, and relevant reports.</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Provide guidance, support, and motivation to electricians and technical staff.</li><li>Mentor junior team members, ensuring adherence to electrical procedures and professional development.</li><li>Supervise shift operations and allocate tasks effectively.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Conduct inspections, audits, and implement corrective safety measures.</li><li>Maintain and renew supervisory license as required.</li></ul>Maintenance &amp; Repair<ul><li>Oversee utility electrical maintenance.</li><li>Manage repairing and routine servicing of electrical equipment.</li><li>Monitor and improve maintenance performance metrics.</li></ul>ThanksFarzana Afarzana.anwar@damsconsultings.comHR RecruiterJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;193,319.76 - &#8377;333,840.74 per yearWork Location: In person
