About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Lead & Senior Manager with 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will oversee HR operations, drive strategic HR initiatives, manage the HR team, and serve as a trusted partner to leadership to create a high-performance, people-centric workplace.

Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Partner with leadership to support business growth, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for key roles; ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Implement employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Identify future staffing needs and plan for succession.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Build and maintain a positive work culture rooted in trust, transparency, and accountability.
  • Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and ensure fair treatment.
  • Design and drive employee engagement programs and initiatives.

4. Performance Management

  • Oversee performance management frameworks (OKRs/KPIs/appraisals).
  • Coach managers on performance improvement and employee development.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance performance processes.

5. Learning & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and lead the creation of learning programs.
  • Manage training calendars, internal workshops, and external training partnerships.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning.

6. Compensation & Benefits

  • Evaluate and manage compensation structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR budget planning.
  • Support annual salary reviews and incentive programs.

7. HR Policies, Compliance & Governance

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, audits, and documentation.

8. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare HR dashboards and monthly/quarterly reports for leadership.
  • Use HR data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive HR digitalization initiatives and HRIS optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and implementing HR strategies.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS tools and data-driven HR practices.
