Sr. Maintenance Manager- Pharma Factory- Boisar

We are looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance professional to oversee the maintenance and smooth functioning of all plant machinery, equipment, and factory infrastructure. This role ensures zero downtime, timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and overall upkeep of the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance activities for all plant machines and equipment.
• Ensure smooth functioning of production machinery with minimal breakdowns.
• Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or technical issues on machines.
• Coordinate with machine vendors, AMC providers, and service technicians.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor utility systems (compressors, generators, HVAC, etc.).
• Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and daily checklists.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance within the factory premises.
• Guide and supervise junior maintenance technicians and staff.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery.
• Work closely with production and operations teams to reduce downtime
