Roles &amp; Responsibility :<ul><li>Understand students' academic needs, goals, and challenges through calls or in-person sessions.</li><li>Recommend suitable learning programs, courses, or training paths based on individual goals.</li><li>Guide students through the enrollment process and resolve queries about curriculum, schedule, fees, and certifications.</li><li>Follow up with prospective learners to drive conversions (in ed-tech or sales-driven setups).</li><li>Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM or internal systems.</li><li>Collaborate with academic teams to ensure student success and engagement.</li><li>Provide post-enrollment support and ensure high student satisfaction and retention.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech or related industry.</li><li>Fluency in both English and Kanada.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.</li><li>Strong understanding of the EdTech market (IITJEE &amp; NEET prefered) and educational technologies.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.</li><li>A self-starter with a passion for learning and sales.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
