Roles & Responsibility :
- Understand students' academic needs, goals, and challenges through calls or in-person sessions.
- Recommend suitable learning programs, courses, or training paths based on individual goals.
- Guide students through the enrollment process and resolve queries about curriculum, schedule, fees, and certifications.
- Follow up with prospective learners to drive conversions (in ed-tech or sales-driven setups).
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM or internal systems.
- Collaborate with academic teams to ensure student success and engagement.
- Provide post-enrollment support and ensure high student satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech or related industry.
- Fluency in both English and Kanada.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the EdTech market (IITJEE & NEET prefered) and educational technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
- A self-starter with a passion for learning and sales.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
