Sales Counselor

India

Roles & Responsibility :

  • Understand students' academic needs, goals, and challenges through calls or in-person sessions.
  • Recommend suitable learning programs, courses, or training paths based on individual goals.
  • Guide students through the enrollment process and resolve queries about curriculum, schedule, fees, and certifications.
  • Follow up with prospective learners to drive conversions (in ed-tech or sales-driven setups).
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM or internal systems.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to ensure student success and engagement.
  • Provide post-enrollment support and ensure high student satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech or related industry.
  • Fluency in both English and Kanada.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the EdTech market (IITJEE & NEET prefered) and educational technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
  • A self-starter with a passion for learning and sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
