Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pharma Sales & Data Entry Executive. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of pharmaceutical products, entering sales data accurately, and maintaining proper inventory records. This role requires both customer interaction and backend operational management

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Handling

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Provide product information, usage guidelines, and promotional materials to clients.
• Follow up on leads, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Data Entry & Reporting

• Enter daily sales transactions into company software/ERP with accuracy.
• Maintain updated sales records, invoices, and receipts.
• Generate regular sales reports for management review.
• Track pending payments and assist in collections.

Inventory Management

• Update and monitor stock levels daily.
• Record product inward/outward movement and reconcile with physical stock.
• Alert management about low stock, near-expiry products, or discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers.

Requirements

• Graduate (B.Pharm/D.Pharm preferred, but any graduate with sales or pharma experience can apply).
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representative role is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / ERP / Tally / inventory software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational ability.
