Sr. Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with proven experience in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads through site visits, calls, and networking.
• Conduct property presentations and explain project features to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
• Maintain daily reporting of leads, client meetings, and sales progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and conduct site visits.
• Graduate preferred, but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
