Position: Sr. Sales Manager

Location: Pune , Pimpri

Principal Responsibility:

 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets for thermal engineering solutions.

 Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance excellence and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to address them.

 Work closely with the technical team to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to prospective clients.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective messaging and positioning strategies for our thermal engineering solutions.

 Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while safeguarding company interests.

 Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Behavior:

 BE Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical.

 Min 12-15 Years  Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

 Strong presentation skills, Familiarity with Search Engine Tools

 Excellent proficiency in Computer and Office software.

 Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

 Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
