Role Overview

As a Pre-Sales Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through our services with warmth, professionalism, and confidence. You will play a key role in building trust, ensuring a seamless client journey, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle leads from calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries with prompt and professional communication.
  • Explain treatments and services clearly in a client-friendly manner.
  • Schedule consultations and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain and update lead records systematically in CRM tools.
  • Deliver a premium and personalized client experience at every touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with the clinical and sales team to support client needs and ensure smooth handovers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in customer service, pre-sales, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and client-focused personality.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Prior experience in aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare industry is a strong plus.
