Job Summary:As the Performance Marketing Specialist for iSense, Sleep.8, and Advanced Furniture Technologies, you will play a key role in helping grow three innovative global brands. You will receive hands-on training in paid advertising, analytics, Shopify site updates, chat optimization, and cross-channel coordination. If you want to contribute to a fast-moving team, take ownership of meaningful projects, and grow your career in performance marketing, this position offers a powerful stepping-stone into the field.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Assist with planning, organizing, and managing marketing tasks and timelines across brands</li><li>Coordinate with team members, contractors, and external partners to ensure smooth workflow</li><li>Maintain briefs, updates, and checklists to keep projects moving and on schedule</li><li>Help ensure the accuracy of deliverables and support a strong standard of quality</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare weekly performance reports across channels to help guide marketing decisions</li><li>Track key performance metrics and identify patterns or opportunities</li><li>Help translate data into simple, actionable insights for the team</li></ul>Paid Advertising Support<ul><li>Learn and assist with building and optimizing paid advertising campaigns</li><li>Help manage creative tests, audience updates, and campaign changes</li><li>Support documentation of testing results and lessons learned</li></ul>Website &amp; Promotion Support<ul><li>Assist in updating Shopify sites across iSense,</li><li>Sleep.8, and AFT</li><li>Help ensure PDPs, landing pages, and promotional content stay accurate and consistent</li><li>Support coordination of promotion transitions across pages and platforms</li></ul>Chat Conversion &amp; Customer Engagement Support<ul><li>Monitor chat performance, scripts, and response times to help improve conversion rates</li><li>Partner with retail and service teams to create a more effective customer experience</li></ul>Creative &amp; Campaign Support<ul><li>Help organize creative assets, track deliverables, and prepare items for campaign launches</li><li>Support cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment of messaging and visuals</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Need to Succeed<ul><li>A strong desire to learn and grow in digital marketing</li><li>A basic knowledge of graphic design.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple tasks at once</li><li>Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams</li><li>A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative</li><li>Attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work</li><li>Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a drive to contribute to three brands expanding across global markets</li><li>Basic understanding of programs/software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.</li></ul>Performance EvaluationYour performance will be evaluated based on:<ul><li>Quality and timeliness of project management and coordination</li><li>Accuracy and clarity of analytics and weekly reporting</li><li>Successful support of paid advertising efforts and testing initiatives</li><li>Effectiveness in assisting Shopify updates and promotion transitions</li><li>Collaboration with teammates, departments, and external partners</li><li>Demonstrated contribution to driving marketing and revenue growth as skills develop</li></ul>Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
