Job Summary:
As the Performance Marketing Specialist for iSense, Sleep.8, and Advanced Furniture Technologies, you will play a key role in helping grow three innovative global brands. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, naturally curious, and excited to build valuable digital marketing skills. You will receive hands-on training in paid advertising, analytics, Shopify site updates, chat optimization, and cross-channel coordination. Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
- Assist with planning, organizing, and managing marketing tasks and timelines across brands
- Coordinate with team members, contractors, and external partners to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain briefs, updates, and checklists to keep projects moving and on schedule
- Help ensure the accuracy of deliverables and support a strong standard of quality
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly performance reports across channels to help guide marketing decisions
- Track key performance metrics and identify patterns or opportunities
- Help translate data into simple, actionable insights for the team
Paid Advertising Support
- Learn and assist with building and optimizing paid advertising campaigns
- Help manage creative tests, audience updates, and campaign changes
- Support documentation of testing results and lessons learned
Website & Promotion Support
- Assist in updating Shopify sites across iSense,
- Sleep.8, and AFT
- Help ensure PDPs, landing pages, and promotional content stay accurate and consistent
- Support coordination of promotion transitions across pages and platforms
Chat Conversion & Customer Engagement Support
- Monitor chat performance, scripts, and response times to help improve conversion rates
- Partner with retail and service teams to create a more effective customer experience
Creative & Campaign Support
- Help organize creative assets, track deliverables, and prepare items for campaign launches
- Support cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment of messaging and visuals
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- A strong desire to learn and grow in digital marketing
- A basic knowledge of graphic design.
- Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple tasks at once
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams
- A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work
- Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a drive to contribute to three brands expanding across global markets
- Basic understanding of programs/software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Performance Evaluation
Your performance will be evaluated based on:
- Quality and timeliness of project management and coordination
- Accuracy and clarity of analytics and weekly reporting
- Successful support of paid advertising efforts and testing initiatives
- Effectiveness in assisting Shopify updates and promotion transitions
- Collaboration with teammates, departments, and external partners
- Demonstrated contribution to driving marketing and revenue growth as skills develop
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
