About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1&ndash;2 years of professional experience in graphic design, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to bring concepts to life through visually appealing graphics across digital and print media.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create engaging designs for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.</li><li>Assist the marketing and creative teams in developing branding, layouts, and design concepts.</li><li>Collaborate with senior designers and other departments to ensure design consistency across all projects.</li><li>Edit and retouch images, graphics, and videos as required.</li><li>Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.</li><li>Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of professional graphic design experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.</li><li>Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.</li><li>Ability to take feedback positively and work in a collaborative environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management skills.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Creative and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and learning.</li><li>Exposure to diverse projects across industries.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
