Jr Graphic designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to bring concepts to life through visually appealing graphics across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Assist the marketing and creative teams in developing branding, layouts, and design concepts.
• Collaborate with senior designers and other departments to ensure design consistency across all projects.
• Edit and retouch images, graphics, and videos as required.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to take feedback positively and work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
