IT Support SpecialistCompany: Iam Kazi Rafat LLC Location: Al Rayyan, QatarPosition OverviewIam Kazi Rafat LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users, and maintaining network and system stability.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment</li><li>Troubleshoot system, application, and network problems in a timely manner</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls</li><li>Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and servers</li><li>Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks</li><li>Assist in setting up new workstations and IT equipment</li><li>Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary</li><li>Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed across the organization</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field</li><li>Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk role</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking</li><li>Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance</li><li>Understanding of cybersecurity principles is an advantage</li><li>Good problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with Active Directory or similar user management systems</li><li>Knowledge of cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)</li><li>Basic server administration experience</li><li>IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Professional and supportive work environment</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and skill development</li><li>Exposure to modern IT systems and infrastructure</li></ul>نوع الوظيفة: دوام كاملموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
