Position Overview

Iam Kazi Rafat LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users, and maintaining network and system stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot system, application, and network problems in a timely manner
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and servers
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks
• Assist in setting up new workstations and IT equipment
• Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk role
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles is an advantage
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Active Directory or similar user management systems
• Knowledge of cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
• Basic server administration experience
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent
