Job Summary:
Gregoma LLC is seeking a proactive and organized IT Support Coordinator to manage and streamline technical support operations. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of contact between end-users and the IT team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily IT support activities and prioritize incoming service requests
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system
• Assign and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution and follow-up
• Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and system updates
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues
• Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues when necessary
• Support IT asset management, including inventory tracking and procurement coordination
• Prepare reports on support performance, trends, and recurring issues
• Contribute to the development of IT support procedures and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or service coordination
• Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with help desk or ticketing systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ITIL practices or service management frameworks
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and cloud-based systems
