Position Overview

Greatway DZ LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support the company’s growth initiatives in Al Rayyan. The role involves assisting in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, coordinating proposals, and supporting the business development team in achieving strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and researching new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients
• Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with clients and partners
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making
• Help develop and implement business development strategies
• Prepare reports on sales pipelines, leads, and business performance
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Support lead generation activities and outreach campaigns
• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and business leads

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or coordination roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
