Sales Coordinator

As we expand our footprint in the heart of Qatar, we are looking for a high-energy, organized, and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team in Al Wakrah. If you are the "glue" that keeps a sales team together and the "engine" that drives administrative excellence, we want to meet you.

The Role

This isn't just about filing paperwork. You will be the central hub of our sales operations, ensuring our clients receive world-class service and our sales team has the support they need to smash their targets. You’ll be based in our professional suite at the iconic Al Wakrah Tower, working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Command Center Support: Coordinate daily sales activities, manage schedules, and act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Proposal Precision: Prepare professional quotations, tenders, and sales contracts with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and update our CRM database, ensuring all lead information is accurate and actionable.
  • Logistics Liaison: Follow up on orders, shipments, and payment statuses to ensure a seamless "end-to-end" customer journey.
  • Market Pulse: Assist in preparing weekly sales reports and market analysis to help leadership pivot strategies in real-time.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: At least 2–3 years in a Sales Coordination or Administrative role (experience in the Qatar market is a major plus).
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is highly valued.
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with CRM software.
  • The "Vibe": A "can-do" attitude, the ability to multi-task under pressure, and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Location: Currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID (or transferable visa).
