Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a premium customer experience by assisting clients in selecting and purchasing products.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our collections, styles, and current fashion trends.
• Ensure the store environment reflects the brand’s standards, with merchandise presented in an attractive and organized manner.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fashion retail or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-presented, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
