Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader (Broker)/ Property Consultant with strong knowledge of the Qatar market. The ideal candidate will lead a team of brokers, drive sales performance, and expand our client network within the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of brokers to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Qatar market
• Recruit, train, and mentor brokers with a focus on local market success
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Qatar
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a broker within the Qatar market (required)
• Strong understanding of local market trends and client behavior
• Previous team leadership experience preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and team-focused
