Real Estate Consultant (Commission Based Only)

As a Leasing Agent in our company, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the rental of residential or commercial properties on behalf of property owners or management companies. Immediate joiners preferred.

• Prospect for new properties and list them.
• Manage property listings across online platforms, social media, and traditional channels.
• Conduct property viewings and engage with prospective tenants, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Guide clients through the leasing process, including explaining terms, preparing agreements, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage satisfaction and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, tenant details, and leasing activities.
• Oversee move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and deposit handling.
• Address tenant concerns and coordinate maintenance to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leasing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant local and state rental laws and regulations.
• Fluency in spoken and written English. (Arabic is a plus)
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, & Power point.
• Valid Qatari driving license (Required).
• Must have Qatari ID

Commission based employment, competitive % from generated target income.
