Real Estate Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on real estate opportunities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
• Conduct market research and comparative market analysis to inform client decisions.
• Manage and update property listings, and prepare properties for viewing.
• Host property showings and walk clients through available options.
• Assist clients in negotiations, contracts, and closing procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters.
• Keep clients informed about industry trends, values, and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and use CRM tools for client and listing management.

• Should be available to join immediately
• Should have Own Car and Driving License
• Valid QID
