Administrative Assistant (Real Estate Brokerage)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate brokerage / real estate administration
  • Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, client coordination, and office administration
  • Ability to handle property listings, lead records, contracts, tenancy documents, and daily admin tasks
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment
  • Female candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily administrative tasks
  • Handling property listings and documentation
  • Coordinating with clients, agents, and management
  • Preparing contracts, forms, and internal records
  • Organizing schedules, calls, and follow-ups
  • Supporting the sales and leasing team with admin work
