  • Bachelor’s Degree in any course.
  • Male/Female, at least 23-30 years old
  • Excellent communication skills in English Language – verbal and written.
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • At least three (2-3) years of work experience in office administration.
  • Experience in Real Estate and/or Property & Facilities Management Industry is preferred.
  • Able to prepare tenancy contracts with full details of the terms and conditions.
  • Assist in the preparation of correspondences to be sent to tenants such as notices related to contract renewal and termination .
  • Maintain an updated and organized file of all documents related to contract administration.
  • Attends to tenants inquiries.
