Marketing Associate

<ul><li>Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any Engineering course</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a same field</li><li>To supervise and coordinate all maintenance works related to electro-mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and painting, cleaning and utility, building and ground maintenance and preventive maintenance.</li><li>Keep an updated record of the maintenance store inventory and follow up with the materials use and consumption and give back feedback to the Maintenance Engineer.</li><li>Act as liaison between the Maintenance Coordinator and labors from one side, and the tenants from the other side and make sure that the tenant requests are being properly channeled and transmitted to the labors.</li><li>Perform daily, weekly, monthly, bi-yearly and yearly inspections and tests.</li><li>Collect technical information from the performed inspections and tests, analyze it and fill out the correspondence form, then submit it to the Maintenance Engineer for audit and further action (if required).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)</li></ul>
