• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 5 years of working experience in a construction company
• Knowledge in ISO and QMS processes and procedures
• Knowledge in building codes and regulations of the State of Qatar
• Knowledge of QA & QC programs, inspections & testing procedures
