Van Sales Electronics

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to expand our operations in the FMEG sector. The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue across product lines such as electrical appliances, lighting solutions, and other fast-moving electrical goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and increase the market share of FMEG products.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
  • Sales Planning: Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Product Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional strategies for FMEG products.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales within the FMEG sector or a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical goods markets, including appliances, lighting, and related products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
