We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare quotations & technical submittals
✅ Coordinate with the clients to ensure smoothy order execution
✅ Coordinate with technical and finance teams on pricing and documentation
✅ Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery follow-ups
✅ Track sales opportunities and report won/lost quotations
✅ Maintain accurate sales records and project status updates

Requirements:

• ️ 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Support (manufacturing preferred)
• ️ Degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce
• ️ Strong MS Excel & Word skills
• ️ Excellent communication and coordination skills
• ️ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
