Position Overview

Red Ant VN LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in managing client relationships, coordinating IT product and service sales, and ensuring smooth communication between technical and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for IT products and services
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure timely response to inquiries
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data
• Support lead generation activities and follow up on sales opportunities
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate product specifications and delivery timelines
• Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and pipeline updates for management
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales documentation and contract processing
• Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, IT sales, or customer support (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT products, services, or software solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B IT sales environment
• Knowledge of networking, software solutions, or enterprise IT systems
• Arabic or additional language skills are a plus
