- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT products, services, or solutions
- Present and demonstrate software, hardware, or IT services to potential clients
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to expand network
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns
