AI Solutions and Brand Growth Specialist

We are looking for a highly creative and AI-smart employee who can independently manage designing, digital marketing, and social media operations using modern AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and marketing creatives
• Design promotional materials, ads, presentations, and brand content
• Use AI tools for graphic design, content generation, image/video editing, and campaign planning
• Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Generate captions, hashtags, ad copy, and content calendars using AI assistance
• Monitor social media performance and prepare reports
• Support lead generation and brand awareness campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools and marketing trends

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut, Meta Business Suite
• Hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney / image AI tools, video AI tools
• Basic knowledge of social media algorithms and digital marketing
• Good design sense and creativity
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver daily output

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in media, advertising, or digital marketing companies
• AI prompt writing and automation knowledge
• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills
• Social media growth strategy experience
