We are seeking a creative and versatile Social Media Designer / Photographer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, with a strong eye for design and the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and edit high-quality photos and short-form videos for social media platforms.
• Design visually engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and advertisements.
• Ensure all visuals align with brand identity and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and design best practices.
• Optimize content for different platforms, focusing on mobile-first formats.
• Manage and organize digital assets (photos, videos, templates).
• Assist in creative direction for photoshoots, campaigns, and collaborations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in photography and graphic design (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom; video editing tools are a plus).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of composition, lighting, and editing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Background in marketing, branding, or digital content creation.
• Full proficiency in Arabic and English
• Valid QID with authorization to work in Qatar.
