Position Summary
RE/MAX-Dreams LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Coordinator to support daily operations, property transactions, and client services. The ideal candidate will assist agents, manage listings, coordinate property activities, and ensure smooth communication between clients, brokers, and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage property listings across various platforms
- Support real estate agents with documentation, scheduling, and client communications
- Maintain accurate records of property transactions and client databases
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and listing materials in compliance with company standards
- Schedule property viewings, inspections, and meetings with clients and stakeholders
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to ensure smooth transactions
- Monitor market listings and update internal systems regularly
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media posting and promotional materials
- Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in real estate or administrative coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage
