Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is expanding and is seeking a proactive and experienced Admin / Admin Coordinator (Male Arab National) with a background in real estate to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate operations team.
- Prepare Sales contracts, tenancy agreements, and related documentation.
- Handle sales transactions, after-sales processes, and property handovers.
- Maintain and update property listings, client records, and CRM systems.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, agents, and internal departments.
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, calls, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar real estate regulations.
Requirements:
- Male Arab National
- 3–5 years of administrative experience within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar real estate procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional, customer-focused, and proactive approach.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
