Job Vacancy – Admin Officer (Male)
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and experienced Admin Officer to join our professional team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should possess excellent administrative skills, preferably with exposure to finance-related operations, and hold a valid Qatar Driving License.
Position: Admin Officer (Male)Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Department and other business units.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and government authorities when required.
- Schedule meetings, manage office logistics, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a finance or corporate environment.
- Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Candidates with finance administration experience and immediate availability will be given preference.
