QA/QC Officer &ndash; Landscaping, Irrigation &amp; NurseryLocation: Doha, Qatar Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Landscaping / ConstructionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Officer to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for landscaping, irrigation, and nursery works. The successful candidate will ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implement and maintain the Quality Management System for landscaping projects</li><li>Conduct inspections for softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and nursery works</li><li>Monitor irrigation activities including pipe laying, pressure testing, flushing, valve installation, sprinklers, drip irrigation, and controllers</li><li>Ensure compliance of irrigation materials (pipes, fittings, valves, emitters) with approved submittals</li><li>Oversee nursery activities including plant selection, handling, storage, planting, and maintenance</li><li>Verify soil preparation, fertilizers, pesticides, and planting methods as per specifications</li><li>Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation including ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, checklists, and NCRs</li><li>Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and clients</li><li>Monitor corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities</li><li>Maintain inspection records and submit quality reports</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years QA/QC experience in landscaping, irrigation, and nursery projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, planting standards, and nursery best practices</li><li>Experience coordinating with consultants and clients in Qatar</li><li>Valid Qatar ID (QID) with transferable sponsorship and NOC</li><li>Good reporting, communication, and documentation skills</li><li>Immediate availability preferred</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates should apply through Indeed or send their updated CV to: gir.basnet_hr@oliveraqa.com &ldquo;Application &ndash; QA/QC Officer &rdquo; in the subject line.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have minimum 3 years&rsquo; QA/QC experience in landscaping projects?</li><li>Is your sponsorship transferable with valid NOC?</li><li>Are you available to join immediately or within a short notice period?</li><li>What is your current monthly salary (QAR)?</li><li>What is your expected monthly salary (QAR)? Advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.Proven experience in landscape engineering or a related field, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.Proficient in site analysis, landscape planning, and construction management. Strong knowledge of sustainable design practices and environmental solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in landscape architecture and engineering.
