Designation : Accounts ManagerReports to : DirectorNo. of Positions : 1Location : Andheri - MumbaiPurpose of the role: <ul><li>Oversee and manage the company's day to day accounts operations, ensuring efficient and effective accounts management.</li><li>Ensure financial compliance with accounting regulations.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:Accounting and Reporting:<ul><li>Supervise and maintain the books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting</li><li>standards.</li><li>Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.</li><li>Lead the finalization of accounts, including the preparation of the Trial Balance, Profit &amp; Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and supporting schedules.</li><li>Manage bank reconciliations and journal entries.</li></ul>Cash Flow and Receivables:<ul><li>Manage daily cash flow and plan for periodic scheduled payments.</li><li>Coordinate with clients for payments receivable.</li><li>Highlight issues/challenges regarding accounts receivable, payment planning, and task</li><li>prioritization.</li><li>Manage vendor credit cycles and payouts.</li></ul>Compliance and Audit:<ul><li>Monitor compliance with financial regulations and company policies.</li><li>Assist auditors in preparing and filing GST and TDS returns, and ensure timely payments.</li><li>Coordinate with external and internal auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.</li></ul>Management and Coordination:<ul><li>Provide MIS reports to management for decision-making.</li><li>Give a daily update to management on any exceptions with the Accounts and Finance tasks.</li><li>Perform inter-department and client coordination to resolve any issues about accounts and</li><li>taxation.</li><li>Perform case evaluation and assessment.</li><li>Do sales quotation validations.</li><li>Develop standard daily accounting processes to streamline all accounting activities.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:&#61623; B.Com / M.Com/ Inter CA&#61623; Minimum 4-5 years of experience in day to day Accounting, Tax and fianancial operations,preferably atleast 1 year in the security/facility sector.Role specific Technical Skills:&#61623; Expert in managing Tally ERP software&#61623; Knowledget of Indian Accounting Standards and taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax etc.)&#61623; Proficiency in advanced Excel and prefer knowledge of PowerPoint presentations.Competencies &amp; Soft Skills:&#61623; Strong attention to detail&#61623; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.&#61623; Self-motivated and proactive approach.&#61623; The ability to manage work both independently and collaboratively within a team whilemaintaining strong adherence to timelines.&#61623; Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
