Job SummaryIbis Bahrain is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, Cash Float, Petty Cash Disbursement, and assisting the Income Auditor &amp; receivables. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Accounts Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.Job DescriptionResponsibilities<ul><li>Monitor and supervise the accounting department&rsquo;s daily routines to ensure smooth, effective, and efficient daily work practices.</li><li>Supervising and assisting with account reconciliations, Cash Float, OC &amp; ENT, account analysis, Night Audit, and assisting the income auditor &amp; receivables, including closing procedures at month-end.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Must be a Finance Graduate.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of similar experience in the Hotel Industry</li><li>Should have knowledge in OPERA and Sun System</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li></ul>Additional InformationYour team and working environment:<ul><li>Dynamic working environment</li><li>Defined career development path</li><li>Friendly and supportive team</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: BD200.000 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your Current salary and package ?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Finance in Hotel Industry: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
